Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I have only had them for a few days. So far these have worked well. They have okay sound quality. They do not have a lot of basses and sound slightly tinny. For the price, the sound is surprisingly good though. If your expectations are set appropriately to the price you will be very happy with the purchase.

Paired easily with my phone. The sound is clear. The fidelity is good, I had to lower the volume on my phone. It came with a spare set of ear pads that are the same size. Charges quickly, I don't know how long it will last on a change.
Needs to plug into the charger to power on every time you want to turn it on to use. Other than having to do that EVERY time.

These headphones are great!! I would recommend them but there are a few things you should know. They don’t charge with the case, they charge by a micro cord (that they supplied) and I have to put them on charge when I’m done or go into my phone's settings and “forget the device” on Bluetooth because they won’t disconnect otherwise. They don’t have a lid either but they are magnetic so that’s not a huge deal! With all that being said, they work well for calls and listening to music, Siri works too! You get the charger cord, and a change of ear plug size because the ones on it were too big for my ears so the change made them comfortable.
