My kitty likes it. Loves the string. String is attached to a piece of plastic that screws into the main frame of the toy. I got it with the replacement string, but I think it will be a long time before I need to replace. I like that it both works on hard floor and carpet.

At first I thought it was broken but my mom fixed it. she said the red rubber part was caught in the wheel and she was able to fix it. the cats like it a lot. make sure it is fully charged before using because it died on me after a few minutes of play. it comes with a small type C charger for it. make sure the ground you use it on is vacuumed and clean because hair will or other stuff may get caught in the wheel.
