How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of mygadgetonline (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Surprisingly capable hardware for retro gaming. Matches or exceeds performance of devices. Works well out of the box with included games but works even better with third party firmware. Also replace the micro SD card ASAP, they are low quality and prone to failure (the only major negative I can think of, for the sake of the average user)

Got this unit for less than normal price, so that makes up for the mediocre D pad and very clicky shoulder buttons. Will play up to P1 smoothly, and some Dreamcast and PSP.. It is a champ when it comes to all 8-bit and 16-bit retro gaming. Can’t go wrong with this unit as a low cost retro option. And the vendor is fantastic as I’ve used them time and again for retro gaming.

This console is so cool! Most games work really well. GTA Vice City Stories is a bit too much for it and it lags a bit, and some N64 games don't work, but other than that, this thing is awesome! It took about a week and a half for shipping. ️

Worth every penny the only bad thing and his card if you are going to be taking to change the ROMs it corrupts easy recommend that they put an original SD card on it.
Product came very well packed. Worked perfectly, some very light crashes in the audio in the Nintendo 64 emulation, but it was worth the acquisition. Well complete with the emulators and games. Now just learn to tamper with the product.
This thing is awesome! some roms don't worth but that's too be expected. it's open source so you can tweak and add roms. highly recommended
Great little system, has a ton of games, I think it's running on Emuelec, it's super easy to access Retro arch, it's comfortable in the hands, the games all seems to play without issue (I even played Crazy Taxi on Dreamcast cast) The only one drawback I see is that the D pad is pretty stiff. It's a good unit just about anyone. You can take it out of the box and play games.
This thing is legit honestly I did my research before ordering this so I knew what I was getting but this thing is sick, the screen is crisp and bright, the audio quality is really good. I immediately added on the gameboy games from my childhood and it seemed all the gameboy games run smoothly. When it came down to GTA you can tell the system is fighting for its life but the fact that it even runs it is amazing. Overall very pleased definitely recommend.
Purple looks really good. its solid device, comes with one 64 sd card. lots of games on lots of systems. try to get new good quality sd card. and get everything there.
