How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of mygadgetonline (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I loved it! It is sublimated spandex fabric, excellent color. The only one but the box was mistreated. Out of that all good.

Good product, however it is rigid and does not allow adjustments, it will not fit a child of 4 years. Another weak point is the box that arrived detonated because it was poorly protected, I paid more for the original box and it was not worth it

Item not remote controlled like it should. But son asked me to not return it and I leaved it for him. Many glue on sides of mask
The box arrived battered and open, the good thing is that the mask is in good condition, I suppose that because of the plastic that is bubble, in my case it hurts my nose a little, it's kind of hard to move your eyes with your chin, just open and close your eyes, It has to adjust the chin, the fabric I felt a little thin, I don't know, but everything is fine, for the price, it makes me good quality, I liked it very much, it took 6 days to arrive, very quickly.

The box was mistreated but the mask arrived in good condition :)
The delivery is also fast and good. Quality is also good. It's strong. The best. If you move your mouth inside, your eyes will blink. It's hard for Halloween Cosplay. However, there is no great feeling for 9-year-old kids. It is perfect for adults to wear. The delivery also came in a week.
products came as it was shown and works as it was described the only flaw I've noticed so far is that the zipper on the back of the head seems to be upside down causing it's not to function properly in which it now no longer is in working order after trying to zip it up only one time but I guess you get what you paid for it was very inexpensive but other than that my son was overall happy with the product...

The box came pretty beaten, but the mask it’s safe. The eye mechanism has 3 positions to adjust according to the person. However it doesn’t fit 100%. I tried all 3 positions but it doesn’t fit my face. The zíper is quite small, I hope it doesn’t brake too soon. Overall, I’m satisfied with the mask

A good mask, This is a “chin version” where both eye movement is controlled by pressing your chin downward.
But the whole item came well crumpled! The zipper is kind of sensitive have to be careful does not seem to last long!
The box arrived fast but a little crumpled. But the item arrived well and has good quality. I just think that the seam/drawings between the middle part of the fabric and the plastic of the mask do not fit well (last photo). But it is a good item related to cost benefit. I recommend it.
Sick mask easy to use...
The box arrived too battered, what's more, they didn't even have the decency to close it well, outside of that, everything is very nice, it comes with the mechanism, the fabric is good, from behind it closes with a zippers (what an eye, it came to me frayed).
I was worried about this being a scam. like you would end up with those simple cloth masks, but it is real. I ordered the chin control because I wasn't sure about the item, and I am one to lose stuff, so I didn't want to lose the little remote. the mask has a chin control switch that can be adjusted very easily. the comfort isn't the best, but with the face shell being plastic, you'll expect it to be. you could add some foam for a more comfortable fit. all around a good mask for collectors or cosplayers. again the mask it great for the price, better than anything from a Halloween store or seasonal super market Halloween masks.
A very cool mask, a drop squeezes in the nose area and not as convenient that hold the chin for the eyes. The shipment was fast reached within two weeks.

It arrived within the estimated period, even a few days before. The box arrived somewhat damaged but the mask arrived very well. The only thing is that the mask is proportional for an adult, and it brings a mechanism that can be adjusted (size) to open and close the eyes.
Arrived in a timely manner, however box was badly damaged from transit, rather embarrassing to hand this over as a gift with such damage to the box. The product inside however was undamaged.
