Very nice piece of gear! I didn't understand the 360 pivots until I played with it (spring detents to particular angles, so no chance of it wiggling loose under vibration). Very happy with this! Thanks!

Great item. The minimum diameter of mounting on the steering wheel is 190mm, the maximum is 340mm. They're pretty heavy, all-metal.
